Services made available on the website/mobile application to enable users to book a pickup and drop of a package of maximum weight of 5 KG within the city/region specified in application from a Pick-up Point to a Delivery Point. We ensure the guaranteed delivery as per the service line agreement for the services taken.

We do not keep package in store overnight hence all undelivered packages will be returned to sender same day. Charges for the same will be applicable for all undelivered package return.
Maximum weight of package could be 5 KG. If found more than 5 KG at the time of pickup, Company has rights to cancel the booking with no refund.
